About Us:

  • Our troop started from our cub scout pack in May 2006.
  • We owe our gratitude to our sponsors at Saint Andrews Presbytarian Church for their support.
  • Currently, our troop has 8 extemely committed Boy scouts that strive towards excellence of self and their peers.
  • Four of our scouts belong to the Order of the Arrow Society.
  • The Order of the Arrow is a brotherhood of Boy scouts.
  • Our scouts have formed strong friendship bonds with one another and look towards the mentorship of their Scout Master and Leaders.
  • They camp on a once a month basis, at times braving the elements to accomplish their goals.
  • They have participated in the one week long BSA scouting summer camp for the past 4 years at Camp Durant in Carthage, NC.

Dues:

Each Scout is responsible for paying $20.00 per month for dues. This relieves the Troop and our community of the burden of having numerous fundraisers to support monthly activities.
